Roll Call and Quorum 
(WIR’s quorum is 3/4. A quorum is the minimum number of members required to pass a motion in a Group Conscience. Any member of WIR may vote on a motion. If a motion is presented without quorum, it should either be moved to 'Old Business' for the following meeting or, if urgent, presented as a poll in the WhatsApp group for a vote.)
