- Concern about how feedback is given to newer chairs (Susan)

- Motion to update Meeting Chair service position description and Chair Guidelines  for consistency. See suggestions. (Amy)

- Motion to amend this portion of the script as follows:"District 28 is collecting 7th Tradition contributions to cover expenses such as our website, mailing sobriety chips to members, and to support MA World Services. (Laura - won't be at the meeting)
